Timberline Lodge is a perfect place for skiers, outdoor enthusiasts and history buffs to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday. The restaurant Chef Jason Stoller Smith has relationships with area farms and strives to feature fresh, local food, which will no doubt make this a memorable holiday meal. In my opinion, Timberline is one of the best places to sample local Oregon beer. Reservations required.
